Important: “ID Card Photo Correction & Layout Tool” is only an image correction, cropping, layout, and export tool. You must use the app lawfully and must not use it to forge, alter, sell, or distribute identity documents.

1. Service Description

This app provides tool-based services for capturing, importing, perspective correction, cropping, layout, saving, and exporting card-type images.

The app is only an image processing and layout tool. It does not provide document production, identity verification, legal certification, or government services.

2. User Responsibilities

You must use the app lawfully and reasonably. You must not use the app to:

• Forge, alter, sell, or distribute identity documents;
• Create or distribute illegal, infringing, or fraudulent materials;
• Crack, reverse engineer, tamper with, pirate, or redistribute the app;
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for the consequences of any illegal or improper use of the app.

3. Intellectual Property

The app’s interface, code, functional design, text, icons, and related content are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Without permission, you must not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, repackage, sell, or distribute the app.

4. Paid Services

This app offers a free trial. In trial or unauthorized status, the app will add a trial watermark when saving, exporting images, or exporting PDF files. After completing a Google Play subscription or one-time in-app purchase, you can remove the watermark. The app will not overwrite, replace, or damage the original image files you import. Correction, cropping, layout, and other processing results are generated as new previews or exported files.

The Play version provides watermark-removal authorization through Google Play subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases:

• Monthly license: subscription-based authorization that enables watermark removal during the active period;
• Yearly license: subscription-based authorization that enables watermark removal during the active period;
• Lifetime license: one-time in-app purchase authorization associated with the Google Account used for purchase and the corresponding Google Play order status.

The authorization status is associated with the Google Account used for purchase and the corresponding Google Play order status. After changing devices or reinstalling the app, users can restore authorization by signing in with the same Google Account and using the in-app restore purchase or authorization verification feature.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your Google Play account. After cancellation, you can continue using the watermark-removal entitlement until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription will expire.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, reversals, and order handling for the Play version are subject to Google Play policies and the information shown at the time of purchase. If a subscription expires or is canceled, a purchase is refunded or reversed, or an order status becomes abnormal, the app will stop providing the corresponding authorization. The Play version of this app does not provide WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayPal, or license-code purchase options.

5. Restore Purchase

If you change devices, reinstall the app, or clear app data, you can restore your subscription or lifetime authorization by signing in with the same Google Play purchasing account and using the in-app restore purchase or authorization verification feature. The restore result depends on the order status returned by Google Play.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an “as is” basis. We strive to keep the app stable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific purpose.

You are responsible for confirming whether exported images or PDF files meet the requirements of institutions, schools, employers, banks, insurance providers, immigration authorities, government departments, or other third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses, rejected documents, layout or export errors, or third-party review results arising from your use of the app.

7. Updates to These Terms

If these Terms are updated due to feature changes, legal requirements, or Google Play policy requirements, we will provide notice in the app or on this page for material changes. Continued use of the app after the changes become effective means you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms.
